拜登才上任，昨天早上兩小時内共機擾台7次，整天13次，在試探他的反應？
因為今年1月5日解密的美國印太戰略第2頁提到，中國將以越來越有自信的脚步強制統一台灣，第3頁希望地區爭端法律解決沒有恐嚇。第5頁要使台灣能發展不對稱戰略戰力，俾以自身條件與中國接戰，第7頁設計並實施戰略防衛第1島鏈包括台灣。
且美總統就職台灣受邀觀禮，AIT網頁也拿掉美中建交公報及817公報中譯，因裏面有「美利堅合眾國政府承認中國的立場，即只有一個中國，台灣是中國的一部分」的譯文（見本fb上一篇）。而這剛好是上述印太戰略的重點，「地區爭端法律解決」。
從國際仲裁法庭的南海仲裁案可看出，法律上中國以開羅宣言聲索南海主權，和它主張對台主權的法律依據相同，但那是虚構（見 http://www.taiwannation.com.tw/cairo01.htm），1992年就被本人拆穿，可是台灣的歷史課本、「外交部」及「總統府」網站，至今偽造歷史不改，聲稱開羅宣言台灣歸還中華民國，與北京唱和。是因有美國印太戰略防衛台灣？

P3. (Desired End States) Regional disputes are resolved lawfully and without coercion.
P5 .(Lines of Effort) Enable Taiwan to develop an effective asymmetric defense strategy and capabilities that would ensure its security, freedom from coercion, resilience and ability to engage China on its own terms.
P7. .(Lines of Effort) Actions : Enhance combat-credible U.S. military presence and posture in the Indo-Pacific region to uphold U.S. interests and security commitments.
Devise and implement a defense strategy capable of, but not limited to: (1) denying China sustained air and sea dominance inside the "first island chain" in a conflict; (2) defending the first-island-chain nations, including Taiwan; and (3) dominating all domains outside the first island-chain.
